- Pricing Transparency (20%) — Are prices clearly communicated? Hidden costs, per-seat surprises, overage fees? Is pricing publicly listed or "contact sales" only?
- Free Tier Quality (20%) — How useful is the free plan for actual productive work? Are core features available or is it a glorified demo?
- Cost at Scale (20%) — How do costs develop as usage grows? Per-seat costs, storage limits, API call pricing. Does the tool become disproportionately expensive at scale?
